Can you tell me what documents are needed in Hong Kong to get a 10 yr visa.

Also, how about a physical. I have a friend who is asking if this can be done in the US or must it be done here in China?

Why would anyone need a physical for a 10-year tourist or business visa? They are meant to be fir multiple short stays over the life of the visa. We only need medical for living here.

On a secondary point. If the physical is for a work permit then there is no point having it done in your home country as the authorities here will only accept the local one.

They asked me for my passport(s) (with all my past visas) and there was a 4 page form to fill out there.

You also need that little paper you get when you enter HK and one or two passport pictures.
