Anybody know any good spots to see blossom in the city? I was thinking of trying Daguan park, do they have blossom there?

The old YuanTong Zoo has a lot of suitable trees which should be in blossom by now.

Yunnan Agricultural University also has stunning avenues of blossom trees, particularly the west campus. Even outside the main building on Fengyuan Lu has a lengthy stretch of trees in bloom.

Can someone recommend a suitable place where I can go watch grass grow?

Xi Hua Yuan Park has a nice row of Ying Hua - Cherry Blossom - Sakura trees. Many people come here to have their Wedding photos taken under the canope of pink blossoms.

Best place to see the blossom is WeChat. It's also the best place to see dead trees, seagulls, clouds, random foreigners and last night's MaPoDouFu.
