Free vpns are never worth it. For good uninterrupted service pay for one. Depending how much you value unhindered access, a good VPN per month cost is about the same as a meal at any foreign restaurant.

@mPRin: What would your recommendation be for a good VPN? I haven't had one to date, for various reasons, but now plan to get one & don't want to waste time & effort on a bad choice.

Alien, five years in China and four of those years I have used the same VPN. I've recommended to friends who are also now using the service. Excellent service with very little connection issues. Any issues were dealt with in 10 minutes using their 24 hr customer service. Will PM you the name.
