does anyone knows where can i buy dry ice (干冰) in Kunming?

I need to transfer food by car from Kunming to Dali and Lijiang, so i figured the best way to keep it cool is by dry ice...

And one more thing, if anyone can recommend where can i get large plastic containers to put the food inside them while on the road, it would be really really great !

Dry Ice - never seen it used or for sale in Kunming. Even regular ice is pretty hard to come by.

I have seen plastic coolers for sale in the camping or auto sections of Carrefour or Walmart. The coolers were a bit pricey. Regular plastic food containers of all shapes and sizes sold there too.

Metro has a big counter after checkout advertising their "cold chain solutions". Might try asking there?

There's a home business for someone, ice for sale!!
Many times I'd like to dump a big bag of it in a case of beer.
