What kind of quality do you think you'd get from streaming?
I'm pretty sure you can pay to stream it, can't you? So a prospective bar would just have to have fast internet rather than satellite TV or something.
Good luck with that! Haha ... over here, I'd be surprised to find a bar that didn't have the games on.
If you have a couple options for the pills, and can give them in the "scientific" or medical names, and also know a few different brand names you should be pretty much set.
Without knowing what exactly you're looking for it's hard to know, but there are pharmaceutical substitutes and/or generics for most things. And I remember that being the case in China too. Just go to a big pharmacy where they have more options. Honestly, in China I've always just looked up what I need online and went to the pharmacy and convinced them that I knew what I needed and that a doctor wasn't necessary. But with the doctor's note, it should be all that much easier, especially if you're able to tell them what you need it for.
