Stone Forest International Photography Competition 2016 Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 2016 Stone Forest Photography Competition and is organized by GoKunming, located at Xuefu Road No. 690, Wuhua District, Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

2. Participation

A. To enter, upload a photo from your computer to the competition gallery during the promotion/contest period, which runs from Sept 19-November 18. Each contestant can upload a maximum of ten photos, each of which can be no larger than 8Mb.

B. Participation in this promotion is voluntary and free of charge. The participant needs a valid email address. The Promotion is not open to employees of companies involved in the organization of the promotion. GoKunming reserves the right to exclude participants or their submitted photos as it sees fit. Incorrect or incomplete submissions shall not be accepted.

C. All decisions made by GoKunming regarding this competition shall be considered final. GoKunming is not required to reply to any correspondence.

D. GoKunming employees are not allowed to participate in the competition.

3. Terms:

A. When you submit a photograph and enter the promotion, you grant GoKunming a royalty-free, nonexclusive right to:

• Display the photograph on the Stone Forest Photography Competition website: www.GoKunming.com
• Allow third-parties to share the photograph on any and all social media platforms

B. When you submit a photograph and enter the promotion, you grant the People's Administration of the Stone Forest Scenic Area a royalty-free, nonexclusive right to:

• Display the photograph on internal and external communications materials, including but not limited to, websites and web publications, fact sheets, fundraising publications, advertising, multimedia, presentations and membership services and annual reports

• Allow third-parties to share the photograph on any and all social media platforms

B. If your photograph is formally honored by the competition as a winner, you grant GoKunming a royalty-free, nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to:

• disseminate your photograph to online and print media outlets for news stories, newsletters, reports, slide shows, displays, webpages, exhibitions, social media and videos associated with the contest

• use the photograph in GoKunming's internal and external communications materials, including but not limited to, websites and web publications, fact sheets, fundraising publications, advertising, multimedia, presentation and membership services and annual reports.

• use, in connection with the Stone Forest International Photography Competition 2016, your name, city, and country of residence in promotions and other publications

• retain a digital copy of your photograph that will be archived in the GoKunming photo library and accessible to the public

GoKunming will endeavor to credit all photographs with the caption "Person's Name" when the full name is available.
