The Here has moved up in the world since banishedimmortal's review and is now located behind the Admiral City mall on the east end of Minzu Dadao.

The restaurant has raised its game considerably and now occupies a three-story free standing building.

The menu has gone a bit more upmarket and there are plenty of welcome new additions such as homemade breads and pastas.

The owner, management and employees are all friendly and helpful and the place has a nice relaxed vibe and some outdoor seating. If you're passing through Nanning it is definitely worth a stop.

'the here' is a gem in nanning (and guilin and yangshuo) featuring the best pizza in guangxi, great coffee and a chill vibe. this one is a little tough to find, you're best going to the intersection of minzu dadao and chahuayuan lu and walking about 45 seconds westward... their sign is small but you should be able to find it if you look hard enough
