I bought a Zopo C7 phone (It a very good Chinese phone). It is also known as Zopop ZP990 Captain S. It has the operating system 'Aliyun OS'. I can't seem to find the 'USB debugging'. I don't think it has it. I know for phone with Android 4x the feature is hidden and you have to press 'about phone' and then press 'Build number' 7 times and that will give you 'developer' access. I just can't seem to get it. I've downloaded a few root program but they all require you to have "USB debugging' enable and I just can't seem to find it.

r u sure you've checked all the setting options? even it's aliyun OS, it's originally android. it's impossible to not have it. maybe try hard to find it

I did try. I've tried everything! Really! Maybe someone who is fluent in Chinese can look at a Chinese forum and find out for me since my Chinese sucks!

P.S. I have rooted phones and tablets before but this is an 'Aliyun OS'. They say it's a hybrid of Android & Linux. I can't find the 'USB debugging'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did u click the developer menu 7 times in about this phone. then you should be able to use motochopper I believe
