It's sandals/flip flop weather again... and my feet need some serious attention. I want a foot scrub to get rid of the dead skin in addition to a regular pedicure. Most nail places don't seem to do this.

Does anyone have a place that they'd recommend? (I found one place that wanted to charge 100+ kuai, which seemed expensive)

Most NORMAL foot massage places will do this for you - ¥20-40 depending on the location. How do you know it's a "normal" massage place - they'll have a couple of male staff in the mix (not a guarantee, but usually a good sign).
