Does anybody have the phone number and address for this place in Dali that does Visa extensions?

Any details about cost and documents needed? Over here they are asking 100$ a day deposit in the bank, and i don't even have a chinese bank, i only have UK bank and cash.

I need to add 30 days to my final L VISA entry with as less hassle as possible, i don't have much time left.
