I guess it's the same reason as to why you don't see everybody in qipao's or sporting the shaved-forehead-and-ponytail haircuts.

Personally I prefer girls with big clown feet.

But in any case, do you know how they get those lotus feet, a.k.a. bound feet? They start when you are young, 5 or so I believe, and basically wrap your feet very tight. In essence, it keeps your feet from growing. The end result is that your feet becomes deformed, the arch of your feet is basically broken to achieve an abnormal bend and your toes are mangled together. Believe me, there is nothing sexy about deformed them. The shoes might be sexy, but an unwrapped bound feet in all its glory....not for the feint of heart.

I think hands is hotter than feet.

I remember when I first went to Beijing in 1998 I saw an old grannie hobbling along with bound feet, so she must have been almost 100.

I've seen 3 in Kunming and although old I doubt they were more than 80. Looks awfully painful.
