The buiding is new. 2 bathrooms (one with a western toilet and a bath). 1 room is available. 600 yuan/month included wifi internet (but not the electricity/gaz/water). We do not ask to pay 3 or 6 month in advance as they use to ask ! The apartment is all furnished. There is one bed in the room.

The apartment is on longquan road near the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.
