I think one can probably get better rates from one of the ladies in front of the Big Bank of China near Nanping Jie.

82 + 84 bus stop across from Shun Cheng Shopping Center.

The Ren Min Road AUCE has been closed for some time now but I just saw a new one has opened in Xi Shan District on Li Yuan (丽苑) Road directly in front of the Liang Yuan Xiao Qu (梁源小区) Bus stop - Bus 62, 101, 148, 153, 180, K25.

Do you know if there is some sort of daily limit to transfer Euros to RMB?

No idea. I have never been inside either of these 2 places. It may be worth checking if you happen to come this way.

Will be good to compare the prices between AUCE and the women who exchange money if front on Bank of China near the Nan Ping Jie bus stop for buses 82 and 84.
