Dr David Rasnick advice on "HIV" Testing

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYXM6fqPsXA

"don't take the test. if you come back positive, keep taking the test until you come back negative, and then stop."

Well, I found a home HIV test kit on taobao. I received it in two days. I just took the test, and the results were negative. Thank you for responding to my question. I know there certainly won't be any questionable behavior going forth.

@Magnifico

I find your constant spreading of misinformation to be appalling. People like you contribute to the death of countless people because you do not consider the consequences of the things you say to people.

You've consistently demonstrated that you do not even have a basic understanding of the Scientific Method. Your idea of research seems to be looking up quacks on youtube and other unverifiable sources.

Aids/Hiv is a serious disease and you should be ashamed of yourself for suggesting otherwise.

i said "some people claim". that's hardly a scientific claim.

yes, the youtube videos may be quacks. however, there are also some comments below some of the youtube videos with personal testimony, like the one below. So is he making it up? decide for yourself.

"I tested POZ in 1986. I spent 20 years going to Doctor quarterly, having blood drawn, waiting for test results. I spent 5 years on Rx, because my Doc insisted I needed it. 5 years of dealing with Insurance companies, pharmacies who no longer stock my meds, + paying for the Rx. I discontinued Rx after a billing dispute in 2007. The last 7 years without Doctors, tests, pharmacies, & drugs all the side-effects stopped; my chronic indigestion, diarrhea, neuropthy, & my weight stablized. My Doctors said those symptoms were HIV related, & not related to the drug therapy. Today, I can run 3 miles in 21 minutes, bench press my own weight."

Now you are using the youtube comments section to support your nonsense? This is a new low.

Personal testimony is the worst form of evidence there is. Even if what that guy says is true it doesn't mean anything. Magic Johnson played in the NBA and guess what? He still has a serious disease. Also nobody is debating whether people who are HIV+ can exercise.

Did you even know that David Rasnick was involved in a scam to sell vitamins with Matthias Rath in South Africa? Or that he's never conducted research with people that have HIV or AIDS? You did not. If you cared about what is true, you would have done at least a cursory check.

Go ahead and keep believing in Youtube comments, but do yourself a favor and check your sources before posting such utter nonsense.

it is not physically POSSIBLE to check all your sources at all times. yeah ok, if a guy has a shady history, then he's best ignored.

when there's a court case, how is it resolved? by listening to people's TESTIMONY.

to claim that someone's testimony is totally irrelevant is rather silly. unless he's making it up, which could be. but what incentive would anyone have for making something like that up? you need a motive for a crime.

so no, i haven't reached a new low.

i'm just using deductive reasoning.

"Also nobody is debating whether people who are HIV+ can exercise."

but if you read it again, he was HIV+ in 1986. so the point is it never developed into any illness whatsoever after many years. that's what i'm debating. i'm not sure what you're debating.
