Now Kunming Kendo Dojo offers a fantastic opportunity to learn awesome traditional Japanese fencing and practice your Chinese whilst exercising.
The teacher Mr Liu is frome Beijing and established the dojo in 24/12/2006. All of our students are very friendly locals. Apart from the fencing we also discuss the spirit of Bushido and kendo (some times also involving kungfu). Mr Liu is good at aikido as well. So you also have the chance to occasionally learn some aikido after kendo class.
We have class in weekend evenings (except pubic holidays such as national day) from 19:30 to 21:30 (some times to 22:00) in the first floor of Children's centre in Panlong district (an odd looking building next to the Panlong river, on Taoyuan street).
