I think I heard somewhere that imported wine is sometimes cut into local wines. There is local wine in the bottles, but not 100%.
The other thing to watch out for is that there is a lot of fake wine, including the GW and Die-nasty labels. This is grape juice cut with industrial alcohol. This kind of stuff turns up in the small supermarkets.
I think it may also help to photocopy the page with your last entry stamp.
Most Carrefour have a Yunnan speciality foods section now.
I agree with magnifico, use taobao.com. It has improved tremendously in the last couple of years. It is still not as user friendly as online sites back home, but now serves a very wider range of product groups in depth.
The other thing that might be worth mentioning is corn flour is found everywhere here. This is not the white corn starch that is called cornflour in the UK, this is ground corn. There are several grades from Polenta like to a fine flour. Google corn flour recipes, and you will find many options from basic breads to cakes.

The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.
A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.

Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.
In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.
They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.
They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.

Posted byIt is not so much the extra pressure on the environment that global tourism will cause, it is the effects that would occur if birdwatching becomes a more national phenomenon. I have seen the disruption caused by twitchers in the UK. If we multiply the potential for problems by the numbers factor (just look at any tourist site in Yunnan), this does require a lot of serious thought. The thought of a 'Birdline' China is a bit scary.

The guesthouse trade will migrate a few hundred meters, creating new opportunities, if it has not already done so. I think the recovery has already taken a strong hold. Judging by the level of business I saw last week, and speaking to one local business owner.
