Sorry for the confusion. The description for the Jinghong Branch (in XiShuangBanNa) says it has prices starting under 100 RMB / day.

If you visit the website the prices are for Kunming branch. We are still working with our web designer on the new Jinghong Branch webpage and hope to have it up soon. In the meantime rooms for our Jinghong branch can be booked by emailing us and stating that you would like to book a room in Jinghong.
