I have a friend visiting me from another city this long weekend and he wants to visit some special place in Kunming. Unfortunately, as we're all aware the weathers a bit... shit. So I'm just wondering where we can go today were we can stay moderately warm and almost completely dry.

i'd start with a briefing in a Sauna, then a massage, then a tea. then a dinner, some live music later. I miss the multi choice of a big city..
Also, museums.
