For pickup at the airport, how do you handle flights that arrive two/three hours late? Last three times I returned from Beijing, the flights were from and hour to nearly three hours late getting to Kunming. Last flight took off from Beijing just under three hours late and landed about 2.5 hours late or past midnight. Silly me, I was trying to leave BJ after 5pm and not planning on sitting in the airplane for three hours.

Anyone know yet what that big building right next to the Airport is which has "Hotel" written on the outside? I think Dazzer said he thought it was a "pay by the hour" place, can anyone confirm?

Has anyone stayed at the Hotel near the airport? Please let us all know the price of a room - nothing fancy.

@HFCAMPO I saw you can book that one called "Best" on elong. Its about 750 a night...
