This video is blowing it up on youku, apparently the bus driver splashed this guy and he got really pissed off, couldn't contain himself.

He really needs to learn some manners, stupid idiot!
He sounds Russian or French. I'm not sure though.
I have an element of sympathy (even if he's French). I witnessed a pig ignorant SUV driver, speeding and blowing the horn through a university campus, and seemingly drenching passing students on purpose. Verbal abuse is wasted on these cretins. Only something more physical would put a halt to the smug arrogance.

He can be French, Russian whatever. Which difference doest it make.
To be impolite is an universal habit, especially when people are abroad, far away from their home country.
I hate stuff like this. It makes all foreigners look bad in the eyes of the Chinese. It is embarrassing. Splashes happen in life. Deal with it.
