I have ordered through Amazon here twice. The first time I received the product, and second time it never arrived.

I think there are sticky fingers in the post room. I have heard this happening with several carriers. Things get lost after entering Chinese customs.

If you have an option of parcel tracking/insurance then take it as claims can be needed here.
