Kunming seems to be mesmerized by trance music in recent months, with imported DJs including DJ Michaji and Banxy playing to packed and enthusiastic dance floors.
It's still unclear whether trance is the current flavor of the month or if it's on its way to becoming a staple of weekend dance parties, but lately it seems to be hitting the spot for those who want to go out on a Friday or Saturday for a night of dancing.
Tomorrow night Speakeasy Bar will host another night of trance and dance with DJ Michaji and DJ Echoo playing late into the evening, beginning around 10 pm.
