Hey any recommendations for software that helps in translating? I was given Wenlin by a professor but have a new wenlin-less laptop so am looking for a good replacement. I don't do a serious amount of translating, just the occasional few documents per month for work. I'm not only wondering about quality of software but also what would be the best bang for my buck...

EN <-> CN, dictionary and translator. Other stuff too but I can't figure out all of it.

Even has a character recognition feature, great for hanzi when you have no idea what the pinyin is. Use your mouse to draw the character then select from the guesses the program makes.

Most dictionaries/translators I bought require the Chinese version OS. This one works with windows English XP SP3 fine.
