My computer won't hold a charge. Is there anybody or any computer store that will look at an apple computer? I think it might need a new battery, but it might be something more than that. Any leads about who to talk to would be appreciated.

maybe you can go to the apple store in parkson of Nanpin street. whatever, all the apple computer are the same, they may solve your problem

There is a computer mall(6 floors) and many stores on Yua Xi Lu, just look for the Apple Logo.

I have had generally positive experiences getting my Apple repaired at the authorized Apple repair center on Yuantong Bei Lu:

Thanks for the info. Where is Yua Xi Lu? All the computer stores I know about are around Yuan Tong Lu or 1 2 1 Street.

Here's a link to Google maps showing the road. My mistake, it is Yuan Xi Lu. Daniel S offered good advice. Many of these stores are resellers and not authorized repair centers.
