The email address for this organization is dead. Though perhaps a nonprofit, they appear to be controlled or owned by a for-profit: BeyondBorders, whose own email address is also dead. They require only 9 hours a week of volunteers' time to qualify. They claim volunteer program is free. Their web site is vague. There is no address of contact person in the US listed. They do show up on the register with the IRS or Guidestar (a charity monitor) in the US. And they recently ran a job ad on Craigslist in Washington DC, looking to change the HA name. Odd.
