    24-year old English teacher looking for a room around the Wen Lin Jie/Qing Yun Jie/Bei Men Jie, Dong Feng Xi Lu/Long Xiang Jie or Jian She Lu area. (Anywhere that's a 5-10 minute walk to Yun Da would be ideal.) My current rent is up at the end of July, so that's when I'd like to move in.

    If you have friendly roommates, a clean, modern apartment, electric hot water, a 24-hour gate, and rent that's 1,000 or less per month, please respond to this ad!

    In the beginning of August we are moving to Kunming for at least 6 months. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children. We prefer to live in the Beichen area, at least close to Metro.

    We need at least 2 bedrooms, preferably 3 bedrooms. We prefer if the apartment is furnished, has Wi-Fi/internet and western bathroom. The most important part for us is the location.

    Hello,
    I will stay in kunming from September 2012 to June 2013 for a student exchange at the Yunnan university of finance and economics. And therefore i'm looking for a place to stay,if possible near the university, during that time. If only multiple bedrooms appartments are available, it is not a problem since some friends of mine are also coming to Kunming at the same time and are also looking for a place to stay!

    My name is Geoff and I am from America. At the moment I am living in Nanning, Guangxi but I plan to relocate to Dali, Yunnan by the end of May. I am looking for a home in or around the Dali old town area to house two couples and a child for a minimum of one year (5 people).
