Oh that one. @laotou I dont think I need to go to psb as I got my visa and just here in kunming for a month or two from guangzhou. Just need to register as I am not staying in a hotel. I told my landlord already and she will accompany me to the designated local police bureau. @ daithi thanks for the info. Hopefully I wont be needing to get one of those in the near future. And by the way... This site is really helpful.
