I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on the cheapest way to ship (a lot of packages) from China.

I'm looking at sending quite a few packages regularly for business purposes and discovered e-packets. As it is, shipping by surface is too slow, and shipping by air is a bit expensive. E-packets seems to be the result of an agreement between China Post and USPS (as well as some other countries) to encourage goods to be bought directly from China. I understand the package has to be small (under 2kg), which a lot of mine would be, and that the price of shipping internationally is significantly discounted. Initially it seemed like this program was just for ebay and online marketplaces, but I've become aware of non-ebay/dhgate/aliexpress companies using this too.

Does anyone have any information at all about how to qualify for this program? Are there minimum amounts that you would have to send to qualify? Does a business need to be registered? and if so, domestically?

Searching the internet has only helped me learn a little more about this, but hasn't provided all of the answer, so your help is certainly appreciated.
