@Dave79 we went there, and yes they don't maintain too much. there were leaves on the ground(cuz too many trees there) but it's not that bad either. the chairs we sat on were just fine. I think for bbq is fine cuz it's very quiet and fresh there. anyways, we will still go bbq with friends there. the add is as below
