i has dealt with many douches some were con artists. in a play parts 1-n are sob story to get people sympathy after that win confidence, then go fishing. also I was not the only one who had that same thought. also this was first post, and the language used is that of a native speaker.
P.S. i still have not actually said the op was a conartist, i just expressed a hope that the post was not a scam. i stand by my original reply.

I have seen areas of Shanghai bankrupt their own local market and collapse, due to unsustainable rents.

It is more about dumb greed of owners. If their neighbour gets 30k they want at least that, and will let property sit empty for years in the vain hope of getting the higher rent.

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
