if you mean the private eyes hired by gsk, you are not really representing the facts. they were buying illegally obtained personal day and illegally using it.

lots a times the parents buy it and still own it,. the kids just live there, keeps the money in the family/parents control. a bitl like a pre-nup. other times it is another way of getting round property ownership restrictions for the middle class, where the number of properties a household can own is limited.

I have seen areas of Shanghai bankrupt their own local market and collapse, due to unsustainable rents.

It is more about dumb greed of owners. If their neighbour gets 30k they want at least that, and will let property sit empty for years in the vain hope of getting the higher rent.

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
