How cold is the wind though?
When it's sunny it's quite hot. Although i wear long sleeve shirts when it's very windy as in the vid..
how much do you charge for an hour of sailing? do you need a license from the government to sail on the lake?
Got everything needed here in China in addition to a Canadian boat operator's cert, red cross cert, lots of years sailing and a profound understanding of this area's weather.

Looks a lot of fun, do you have consistent wind,,ie mornings calm, afternoons enough for sailing or does it vary by the day?
Winds do vary but it's predictable 72 hours ahead of time.
Luchongbay is calmer as it's sheltered from winds as you could see from the video.
This weekend we got the Mayor of Chengjiang out sailing for a light cruise and he was impressed about the plans for a sailing school which involves the community.
Who could help us make a survey on tourism?
