I would not assume that the moto license covers e-scooters as well. I assumed that the moto license for 2 wheelers or the car license would cover 3 wheel motors. Apparently neither do.

One good thing is it will stem the sale of the larger, faster, heavier, ebikes. And those that do stay on the road will be ridden by those who have had training, and have a license to lose if they still ride like a bat out of hell.
In the last few years it has been like a power race to build the fastest longest range machines. Few tech advances, beyond bigger motors and more batteries.
If the ebikes newly classified as Moto are allowed to use the roads, the cycle lanes will also be safer for people on slower vehicles including bicycles.
All the schools in the listings are OK. Look for any reviews that might give a clue to the teaching style.
General advice, is to find one that is convenient to travel to from home, or convenient to where you want to be when you finish class (you may want to go for coffee/shopping, etc.)
If they do regular sweeps with on the spot fines, and a delay in processing them (you have to stand in a queue for an hour), people will register very quickly.
Perhaps one solution to the backlog of tests would be that when you register your bike, you also have to register for a test, linked to your ID number. And you carry that test registration with you until you get your license. Then it does not matter if people have to wait a year, they are registered for a test.
Nice walk, you can get in for free now, but stay away at weekends and public holidays.
Also, on the Huanhe Lu, south of Duonan , for several km they have turned the area by one side of the road into walkways and gardens.
No results found.
Great to know it is no longer dry.
Good review BTW
This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.
A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.
Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.
In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.
They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.
They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.
Yunnan to spend 500 billion on roads
发布者It would be nice if they just finished the Metro lines in Kunming. Heard say they ran out of money.
Kunming trees and utilities still suffering from January cold
发布者I hope someone from local government reads this.
It would be good if they replant with varieties that are more indigenous to the area. Both drought and cold resistant.
Vast amounts of water is used on a lot of the shrubs in the city when the weather is dry, and the subtropical species with very fleshy leaves will tolerate neither frost, nor drought.
Ok, some of these species may not be as pretty but they are more sustainable.

'Potato college' serious, Chinese netizens less so
发布者Like or not, the growth of fast food will demand more potatoes, and it could be a big cash crop for farmers in areas not suitable for growing rice.
On a purely selfish note, it might encourage locals to learn to cook potatoes, instead of serving them half raw.

Or he spent half of the money on booze and wild women. The rest he just squandered.
