I'm in need of a notarized copy of my passport.

I went to the local notary in Qujing, and he says he doesn't want to help me because I'm a foreigner.

Is the situation in Kunming any different??

I am looking to place an ad for a job, but I'm looking for Chinese instead of foreigners. Are there any Chinese language websites, where I can put a classified ad sort of like GoKunming or Craigslist? Ideally it would be for Kunming or at least have a Kunming section.
