Forums > Living in Kunming > Average Monthly Salary in Kunming? Let's see what can go wrong with "sige baozi."
Thanks to Kunminghua you get ten baozi.
You're a vegetarian so you'll end up with meat baozi.
You wanted a hearty meat filled breakfast but end up with some shredded mushroom filling.
The shop gives you four orders of four sets of the small tiny boazi for a total of 20.
After every old person cuts in front of you, they only have three left that are cooked and ready and the next batch will be done in 15min. They tell you this in Kunminghua once only.
By the way, Kunming has some of the crappiest baozi in all of China.
Forums > Travel Yunnan > Ski and mountenairing Don't bother looking for skiing in Yunnan or rest of China. If it exists, it will be a small walled off section and cost twice as much as Europe USA Japan. Same for scuba diving. Come back in fifteen years.
Forums > Living in Kunming > buying seedlings in kunming It's like any Chinese city, you can't find the one item you want unless you find the single street all the vendors are on are on, and then you have ten choices of the same thing.
I think mitty_Abby is correct that market did have a couple of vendors, but it is only once a week and snakes along a very long portion of that road. However, there has been a lot of construction along there so not sure if the market is still up and running or maybe whole sections are gone.

Doors to international trade swing wide for Laos
发布者50 years isn't excessive given the amount of infrastructure to be built along with the rail. Also, factor in the low population density of Laos, hilly terrain, and most of the equipment will have to be imported, 50 years is about right. Even the USA has handed out some 50 and even 75 year BOT contracts.

发布者Chinese would call this "steamed egg" 蒸鸡蛋 Zhēng jīdàn. The version with minced meat is called 肉末蒸蛋 Ròu mò zhēng dàn.
