We are 3 Europeans, 2 girls and me (a boy). We are looking for a roommate. The buiding is new. 2 bathrooms (one with a western toilet and a bath). 1 room is available. 600 yuan/month included wifi internet (but not the electricity/gaz/water). We do not ask to pay 3 or 6 month in advance as they use to ask ! The apartment is all furnished. There is one bed in the room.

The apartment is on longquan road near the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.

Hi everybody,
I am a french student in Kunming. I just arrived this week and I am looking for an apartment in Kunming. In fact, I found a really nice one in a new building on Longquan Road near the Yunnan University of Finance & Economics. 3 bedrooms and a living room on the 28th floor with a nice view of Kunming. The price is 1500 Yuan per month. I would love to take this apartment and share it with somebody.
