I'd say it's a combination of IDGAFk and the habbit of street workers cleaning everything thrown on the street.

But, since Chinese citizens want to become civilized it's our duty to show a good example and be courtious to others.
I wont feel as compelled to bring my tray on a slow time slot but i will clean up after myself when it's busy...

I agree with smart observer....

The Chinese way of doing business is totally different than WTO standards, this is one reason Canada is hesitant in selling a huge share of an oil giant NEXEN to China....if you read between the lines Canada's government says the same as above although in a diplomatic tone.

In this article's case it's no surprise to have China wipe away any legal loopholes or lengthy delays the drug dealers would have benefited.

In America's past south american cartels played infinite games of hide and seek against the US laws, until the US gov said, enough..

Similar is the so called "war on terrorism" striping individuals of certain freedoms.

Went the other night, it was very late therefore I cant coment on the food but it did smell very good..
