where are some places to go on day likes around kunming. Are there any trails or areas that are suitable for this? And seneic mountains to go hike up and stuff

These a website called kunmingkungfu.com its for south of the clouds martial arts school supposedly situated just outside Kunming. I can't find any other information on it and want to know more about the place. I also heard that the temples in Guandu are now under shaolin temple supervision, can one learn martial arts there? How does that work?
