I love how people love to complicate things more then they already are. Why do you need a website to put the pictures of the taxis who break rules. How does this do anything? Why not just send the pictures to the complaint dept so they can deal with the issue. How does the website do anything other then just add another meaningless step.

Here is the truth about the taxi complaint hotline. When you call in, they are required to log in the complaint into their logbook. They will never do this. They will make excuses, ignore you, but never log in your complaint. I have seen their logbook and it is completely empty. No record, no problem, no more work for them and they can continue to sit and smoke.

I learned so now I write letters. I have done so many that I just fill in the blanks and send the letter in 10 minutes. When they receive the letter, they must reply. I send it EMS and it costs me 20 Yuan, but I can afford it. Now there is a written record and they must reply.
