Is it possible to book a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport (need to be there at 6am)? Last time I asked the answer was no, but maybe things have improved now? Advice welcome, thanks!

Hi there,

does anybody know of a bank in Kunming where they actually have Euros all the time, as in if you turn up you can be pretty sure that they will not tell you "call us tomorrow and we'll tell you if we happen to have euros on hand"?
Or else, does anybody know if I can change rmb to euros at the new airport?
