I've tweaked my shoulder/neck pretty bad and was hoping to get it worked on. My grasp of the Chinese language is elementary at best and I was wondering if there was anyone in the city you could recommend that I could discuss the problem with in English. Thanks!

@vicar ain't that the truth. these burgers were damn spicy!
@AlexKMG I went to the one on Beichen Lu. We did have to wait about 90 minutes for the burgers which seemed ridiculous since there was almost no one there, but when they came I was quite pleased.
@xiefei I had the blue cheese burger at O'Reilly's tonight. Wow, that really hit the spot! <3
