My friend has a spare room in their penthouse apartment to rent. It is in Jing Kang Yuan （金康园）. ￥300/month(incl utilities), all furnished, free broadband, share bathroom with their 12 years old boy. it is a happy family of 3, landlady, fanther and son. photoes of the family and the apartment are available upon request.
