Either works. I have a google nexus, which is inconsistent here because google is blocked, unless I have a Vpn. Google play just doesn't work well. So I just want to be able to read electronically on a tablet.
Where is the best place to buy technology like a Kindle/Tablet that's reliable? Something that could work with and without a VPN would be great!
Has any foreigner had success getting into an internet bar (wangba)? I live in Chenggong and have not had success because I am a foreigner. Any advice would be appreciated!
