I am trying to get a local Kunming Police Clearance for my Taiwanese wife (who lived in Kunming), as part of our USA I130 visa process. Can anyone give me the name of a Kunming Police Station where you have had success in getting such a clearance? Thanks! PS- not all police stations will do this.

Are there any kirtan chanters or chanting sessions in Kunming? I have lead chanted and participated in chanting for years and would love to chant here. I can play harmonium and 4-5 other instruments.
Are there any Irish, American Old Time or bluegrass, French-Canadian etc. sessions in Kunming? If not, would anyone like to start or join one. I'm an experienced fiddle, flute, tin whistle missing people to play with. Any level is fine.
