There is a half marathon, 10k, 4k, and a less than 4k for children. Sunday August 30th starting at 9 from ChengGong.
They should allow running and walking right? A half marathon is about double the distance I have done until now.
19000+12000=31000.
With a salary of 3000 rmb and living in a shared apartment, cooking at home, I could pay this off in 31000/2000=15 months.
4000 rmb salary gives 10 months.
Add a few months if you don't think you can be so frugal, but not so much that the interest becomes an issue. I'd try to pay off the credit card with a lower interest bank loan.

By events I mean competitions open to the public. For running, things like a 5k, 10k, half marathons, marathons.
I'm not ready for a marathon. A bike race might be fun.

Asking around for 芙蓉茶/木槿属 was not successful. Inputting 木槿属 into baidu and showing pictures did not help.
One seller said perhaps 芙蓉茶 is a (different) kind of green tea and that perhaps what I meant was 芙蓉花 and that these kinds of flowers are grown in the villages, but not sold as tea.
I instead bought a few bags of flower tea, and found them very bitter.
I should find a complete list of subspecies and try with that again.
