I live near xiaoximen and i have already changed room in our flat because commercials outside with their loud speakers are so noisy and invasive. Hearing two or three different businesses shouting is really chaotic.
And now the new room becomes the same i kind of constantly hear commercials from outside. i think it is not respecting persons privacy.
Could anyone please tell me what are the laws concerning noise in china? what are the laws concerning business noise?
And to whom shall i file a complaint?
