Ok, I get it. Chinese pollute, poison China's air, water and ground but the reason is external to China. The China pollution problem is complex and external evil bad things are forcing the pollution on China. Poor China.

The USA is forcing the Chinese to pollute China. China is a victim of an evil conspiracy by the USA that is making it impossible to deal with the pollution problem. Therefore, because the USA fears China, there is no way for China to stop polluting China. Maybe but I dunno know. It isn't my place to do anything. China's pollution is a Chinese problem. If the leaders don't care and lock up concerned citizens who do care the pollution will continue and will worsen.

I would find and ID the polluter. Arrest, charge and convict him/them.

Take him/them out, with CCTV cameras rolling, shoot them in the back of the head. Then produce a slick shot doco showing what they did, the victims, and show it a few times daily.

Repeat until pollution abatement becomes a growth industry.
