Car checkup before leaving

I just put down a deposit on a 2009 Changfeng Pajero (woohoo!). I will pick it up later this week.

I want to take it to a proper Changfeng dealer and have the fluids changed (brake, oil, radiator, wiper, etc.), and have the brakes checked. Does anyone know where a Changfeng dealer is and if I should keep anything in mind before taking it there? I have been told that it is only safe to go to a dealer when you want the brake fluid changed. Generally how much should it cost to have fluids changed and brakes checked?

I also want to buy two new tires. Does anyone have recommendations for where to find them? I will post which tires they are in a few days. I want the same ones as the two I'm keeping on the car.

Any experience / suggestions are welcome, especially for advice about what to watch out for in terms of having bad fluids put in the car.

There are lots of tire places in Kunming. A Chinese reader/speaker can check prices online and then phone to check availability. You then drive there and they will fit while you wait.

When going to a dealers, you usually cannot book a time slot. But if you turn up as the doors open, usually 8.30 or 9.00 you will get there before all the company cars have dropped off the boss at the office, and will be first in the queue.

For fluid change and brake check, I would want to be standing next to them. To make sure that they do actually change the fluids. No idea on price. If the car has been dealer serviced, there may be a record of when the brake fluid was last changed. It may not need it.

The only costs I do know of. A full service for a Chevy SUV is about 1000 rmb.
