Does anyone stock flaxseed and other wholefoods in KMG?

If so, a name of store, directions/map, and/or tele # would help.

Carrefour seems to have a decent selection of raw grains for sale nearby the fresh vegetables. I don't believe I saw flaxseeds though.

I buy flaxseeds from taobao. you should find a chinese person who can teach you to do it or go on taobaofieldguide.com to set up an account. i buy everything on taobao

I buy tons of stuff on Taobao, too. I live in Beijing now and, when purchasing from a Beijing-based seller, items I order in the morning often arrive the same day.
Flax seeds are available locally, too, at many of the large food markets. As You Like on Tianjundian Xiang also used to sell them. Chinese is 亚麻籽, by the way.

You can ask for flaxseed (ya ma zi - 亚麻籽) in those pharmacies which prepare traditional Chinese medicines.

Recently I was also looking for it, asked in fu lin tang (福林堂) pharmacy and they had it, however only sth. like 100g, but I think it won't be a problem to order more.
