Hi, my job is asking me for some documents to make the working visa and one those is a Healt Certificate. Any one knows where I should to go to get one? how long it takes and how much it is cost?

They say exatly like this: Chinese embassies, consulates of foreign medical institutions or Chinese government designated by the health and quarantine departments issued a health certificate.

Please some help.

Your employer should be able to help you.
There is a specific clinic that used to be near the old airport. Your employer should be able to find the address, or search on here as it may have been discussed before.

You need an appointment and take 4 photos. You may need a Chinese speaker with you, unless you have done one of these before and know how they work.
You basically do a cycle of doctors/nurses offices. You pea in a cup, give blood, have an xray (sometimes), have ultrasound, eye test, check weight and height. Fill out some forms.

It takes under an hour, and costs about 400rmb. You will be expected to pay for this (not your employer) as the certificate is your property.

BTW in September when I was there last to help some new colleagues with a medical checkup that they WERE NOT moving, but a new place near the airport would be opened for quarantine purposes.

As your employer can book the cost of this check in their accounts I don't see why you shouldn't ask them to pay for it.

You need to take 3 pics, but they also take your photo and put it in their system,,so not sure why they also still ask for you to provide photos yourself,,,
